Lu Jun, a member of the Communist Party of China, is an associate professor and master's supervisor who has been teaching at WTU for 27 years. He majored in economics and got his bachelor's degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and a master's degree in economics from Wuhan University. He is a CPA (non-executive membership) , a council of the Hubei Province Accounting Association, and amember in the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Department's scientific and technological evaluation specialist pool. Recent years, he mainly teaches courses such as "Financial Management", "Advanced Financial Management", "Fundamental Principle of Accounting", and "Introduction to Engineering" for undergraduates, as well as courses like "Introduction to Digital Economy" and "Theory and Practice of Financial Management" for graduates.

Research Direction: Financial management theory and practice, financial governance, and financial system establishing. During recent years, he has hosted and participated in over 30 projects, including the construction of internal control systems and financial systems for several large state-owned enterprises and listed companies, as well as performance evaluations for provincial-level government agencies in Hubei Province. In the past three years, he has been awarded one collaborative education project by the Ministry of Education, coached four national-level College Students' Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan Program, and won five national first-level prizes in national A-level science competition, along with several second- and third-level prizes.
